Nightlyfe TV is now actively seeking and accepting music videos in order to build up our music video database for play throughout the schedule and in various shows.
We are particularly interest inmusic videos from all forms of the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) Industry. This would include House, Techno, Trance, Electro, Drum and Bass, Dub Step, Disco, Afro Beat, Downtempo, Chillout, Jungle and Nu Jazz.
Sub-genres of House include Acid House, Hard House, Funky House, Deep House, Tribal House, Hip House, Tech House and US Garage. Sub-genres of Drum & Bass include Tech Step, Hard Step, Jump Up, Intelligent D&B/Atmospheric D&B, Liquid Funk, Sambass, Drum Funk, Neuro Funk and Ragga Jungle. Sub-genres of other styles include Progressive Breaks, Rave Breaks, Booty Bass, Goa Trance, Euro Trance, Hard Trance, Hardstyle, Minimal Techno, Gabber Techno, Breakcore, Broken Beat, Trip Hop, Folktronica and Glitch. Speed Garage, Breakstep, Bassline, Grime and the Reggae-inspired Dubstep are all sub-genres of UK Garage.

OUR POLICY:
Nightlyfe TV (NTV) reserves the right to review any submitted Video and to delete, remove, move, edit or reject, without notice to you, any Video that NTV deems, in its sole discretion, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, in violation of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, to be in violation of this Agreement or to be unacceptable to NTV for any reason or for no reason whatsoever; provided, however, that NTV shall have no obligation or liability to you for failure to do so or for doing so in any particular manner. If NTV receives notice of any claim of infringement that satisfies specific legal requirements, such as notice and takedown requirements under U.S. copyright law, NTV may remove Video(s) associated with such claim. NTV reserves the right to provide information to law enforcement officials, governmental agencies and pursuant to judicial or regulatory compulsion, to protect their respective interests, the NTV Channel or to comply with legal, regulatory, audit and compliance obligations.
You represent and warrant that you (or companies which you control) own or control all rights (including without limitation the copyright rights in the sound recording and underlying musical composition) in and to the Video submitted, and that such Video shall not infringe against the copyright rights or any rights of any third party. You further represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you are submitting the Video to do so and that you possess all rights contained herein necessary for the grant of rights under this arrangment and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless NTV, its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties contained herein.
You hereby waive and release, for yourself and for your heirs, executors and administrators, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that you may have against NTV. You further release, discharge and agree to hold harmless NTV, and its employees, officers and directors, as well as its affiliates, successors, licensees, assigns and agents and those for whom it is acting, from any claim relating to the exercise of the rights granted herein and from any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or any liability for, including but not limited to, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of any right of privacy or publicity, or copyright infringement arising out of the use of your Video or any works derived therefrom or any duplication, derivation or digital enhancements thereof or any reference to you or any other utilization of the rights granted under this Agreement.
BY SUBMITTING THE VIDEO, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THE ABOVE VIDEO SUBMISSION, CONSENT AND RELEASE STATEMENT AGREED TO IN THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE ARE TRUE AND OF YOUR OWN PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE.
