PROGRAM
Clubland takes you inside the epicenter of the hottest
party scene in the world - Miami’s South Beach -
offering unprecedented access behind the scenes of the
nightclub industry at its most competitive. Beyond the
velvet rope, through the VIP lounges, past the DJ booth
and right into the back office. This is the story of the
money, the egos, the catfights and the controversies at
the most popular nightclubs in town.

THE DETAILS
Clubland was produced and shot by 30-year-olds Alfred
Spellman and Billy Corben from the Miami production house,
Rakontur Films. Rakontur hit it big with their 2006 indie
series hit Cocaine Cowboys, and it has inked creative deals
with ESPN Films and Warner Brothers TV for a Cowboys HBO
series. Rakontur's ethos: Keep hustling, be lean and
opportunistic, be constantly interactive and digital, be
random, provoke, and offend. That mantra has lead to this
exceptional series about the South beach Nightclub Industry.
