MAJOR CHANGES AND UPDATES WITH NIGHTLYFE TV & BEYOND

Good Afternoon. I would first like apologize for the relative quietness regarding Nightlyfe over the past several months. We have been extremely busy this summer making all sorts of changes to the entire business platform that will see us solidify our foothold as an essential media network for all things nigh life related.

1. Nightlyfe Magazine shuts down

It has been a long painful process and decision but we have decided to shut down Nightlyfe Magazine as we further immerse ourselves in video content and the launch of the online TV Network. With all the significant fiscal and economic changes in the magazine industry, it became clear that the proposition of print edition was not a viable solution anymore. The move to a digital format also seemed to become a redundancy as we pretty much delivered and will be delivering that content via Nightlyfe TV. Nightlyfe Magazine will cease to operate effective immediately and online content will migrate to the appropriate areas on Nightlyfe TV online.

2. Nightlyfe TV gets new sections

The major rebranding of the entire business platform now sees all various aspects fused into one cohesive element branded Nightlyfe TV. This change in our business paradigm is on par with the industry wide shift to digital and HD media content.

- Nightlyfe TV CITY is now unveiled as a new section in NTV. Its a more customized version of your Nightlyfe TV experience with your City in mind. More local videos, info, events, articles and features, along with venue listings and reviews. The first city to go live is New York. Over the next few weeks, we will be adding Miami, Las Vegas and Los Angeles and Washington DC.

- Scene covers all the night life news, articles, features and relevant content.

- Drinks is now part of Nightlyfe TV and includes the popular drinks blog, Recipe guide, as well as special features. videos and more.

3. Nightlyfe TV new functions and interactivity

There are several key upgrades to the website that will make interaction more seamless and intuitive.

- First amongst them is our new CONTRIBUTE function which now allows our registered members to contribute content to areas of Nightlyfe TV. Sections where registered users can contribute will be displayed with the +CONTRIBUTE icon on those pages. In the next few months we will beta test and then fully implement the system whereby registered users can upload or send us links to related content and videos. If we accept the content, it will be given the full Nightlyfe TV treatment with credits and in some cases payouts for licensing etc.

- severe sections got some aesthetic facelifts allowing for a better more intuitive presentation of the content. A more visual and stylish aaprach akin to the image once portrayed by the magazine.

- The biggest change though and one that has ben most desired by our users come in the login/register system. from now on. whenever you login, you will be kept o the page you were browsing. Our new system dims the page you are on while opening a popup login window. Once you have inputted your information, it will prompt you to "continue browsing" which will then complete the log in process. close the popup window and maintain your current page now logged in.

This same system is implemented in the Register option and when logging off. you will always be kept on the current page you are browsing.
