Love Pool Party in NYC @ Room Mate Grace Hotel
Tucked away in Times Square is a boutique hotel that offers up this gem of a party every month. A pool party unlike any other and the perfect elixir for those hot summer nights in Manhattan.
Actually this part has been going on for a while but the first under the newly branded Room Mate Hotel. You can either frolic in the pool, sweat it out in the sauna, lounge by the bar or hang out on the mezzanine level surveying the fray. Drink specials are usually offered as well as wellness practitioners from 7-11pm.
There is a projector displaying fancy images and creative video montages, and of course, a resident DJ and guests, provide the music. The ambient lighting effects around the pool and bar aid in establishing a perfect vibe for this pool party. Highly recommended when and if in NYC.

THREE NEW FLAVORS From Three Olives Vodka http://threeolives.com/newflavors Well, Three Olives are at it again, offering up yet 3 more flavors to their extensive family of vodkas. Tomato, Root Beer, and Triple Shot Espresso. We are still waiting for the bottles to arrive, so to be fair, we can't quite give a review yet. But in the meanwhile, we checked out the site for more tidbits and info on the vodkas. First of all, the dedicated site is an upgrade in look and feel from their regular site. ( here's hoping they adopt this style for the entire site soon). We're not to keen on tasting a "root beer" flavored vodka, but the other two seem interesting enough to taste. Three Olives Vodka is an ultra premium label from England, The vodka's are wheat based and handcrafted in small batches. They go through a quadruple distillation and filtration process, promising a smooth and clean taste. The other 13 flavors offered are; Mango, Passion fruit, Pomegranate, Cherry, Berry, Grape, Watermelon, Chocolate, Orange, Vanilla, Green Apple, Raspberry and Citrus.
