The Nightlyfe Television Networks, Inc. is the parent company of Nightlyfe TV, Nightlyfe Radio, Nightlyfe Magazine and NightlyfeTV.net, as well as Nightlyfe TV Productions. The main focus of the Nightlyfe Television networks is bring to prominence all night life related activities primarly via Broadcast Televsion and Online.

The business began as a print publication back in 2005 and continued to evolve as the print industry and the entire media landscape changed. With the advent of digital television, the transition into a more visual medium seemed the logical next step. The Nightlyfe Group became Nightlyfe Televsion Networks in 2011 in anticipation fo the planned launching of the Nightlyfe TV channel  in 2012.

Nightlyfe TV will become the flagship enterprise in our venture. Dedicated to all the passions of night life. Clubs, bars, lounges, restaurants, and any and all hip and trendy venues. Insightful interviews, city reviews, music, movies, style, advice, features on drinks and beverages, as well as DJ and industry issues and much more. Nightlyfe TV will become the premiere night life television channel catering to a sophisticated vibrant metropolitan crowd. 

Nightlyfe TV is going to be a national channel, with an emphasis on the top 20 metropolitan areas in the United States with programming appealing to a wide variety of tastes. Dance Music (in all its forms) will take a prominent stage in this channel, giving coverage to a widely popular but severely under-covered genre nationally. Nightlyfe TV will be primarily shot in HD and will debut with 20 original productions, along with syndicated programming, movies and live events. The emphasis here will be on delivering content to an already eager audience of night life aficionado's as well as finally providing a TV network that does justice to the totality of the night life experience in a stylish and sophisticated manner.

The combination of all these elements will make for a television channel that will immediately become widely popular, finally giving voice to an industry and areas that dominates the other 50% of our conscious lives. Nightlyfe TV is scheduled for launch on cable and satellite in 2013. The first phase is to fully launch the online website showcasing the upcoming programming in mid 2012, build up the base audience and then launch the cable channel in early 2013. 

Nightlyfe City & Nightlyfe Drinks have now been integrated into Nightlyfe TV and will also incorporating video content. Nightlyfe Radio will remain as the only other stand alone Sister Site to Nightlyfe TV.  Nightlyfe Radio streams at 128kpbs stereo.

We will reintroduce Nightlyfe Magazine post NightlyfeTV launch as a complimentary publication to the TV channel.
